Condition Requirements

  • Unused & Unassembled: Items must be in their original, unused, unassembled, and undamaged condition.
  • Original Packaging: All parts, hardware, manuals, and original packaging must be included and in good condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories and their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Bathroom Furniture & Bathroom Stools/Benches: Due to intimate use and hygiene considerations.
  • Chair Pads & Custom Canopies/Shades: If the protective packaging has been opened or removed.
  • Assembled Furniture: Any item that has been fully assembled or installed.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such during promotional sales (e.g., Flash Furniture Sale events).

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team within the 15-day window. Use the email template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all included parts. Include a copy of your RMA authorization inside the box. Ship the package to the address we provide.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

3. Refund & Exchange Details

Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we approve the return.
  • Method: Funds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges
