Where do you ship to, and what are the costs?
We are proud to offer global delivery to most countries! We have two clear shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Handled by DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Fully tracked and ideal for when you need your items sooner.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50, handled by EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment. A fantastic value for planners.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully prepared in our warehouse within 1-2 business days before being handed to the carrier. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of the carrier receiving the package. If there’s a delay, it may be due to the initial scan at the logistics hub. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days from your shipment email, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate with our carrier partners.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Flash Furniture Sale Store does not charge or collect customs/duties at checkout. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges on imported goods.
